Homer had it all wrong. Vodka is the drink of choice.
The recipe this week is for our home brand of Capiroska.
1/2 Lime cut into 8 pieces
1 Teaspoon brown sugar
45mls Vodka
45mls Ginger Beer
Muddle lime, brown sugar & vodka. Be careful not to overwork the lime or it will become bitter. Add the ginger beer & then serve over crushed ice. YUM!!!
