Inside Running 002

I spent a lot of time thinking about how far I'd run & how far I had to run to get home.

26km? Oh my goodness, I'm tired just thinking about it!

I'm with Curlypops, you are bionic!

Hey this is how I separate my floss too - it's the best (of course I learnt it from Jenny's book!). Never get a snaggle.

Maybe you're inspiring me with your running. I need to get my walk ON!

Love the new space Kirst, very swish! x

Woah, I am not at all a runner. I leave that up to my other half. Your note taking is cute

p.s. 2 weeks off is not too long at this time of year

Isn't it funny what you think about when doing things like running/gym/boring work/driving. Lately I've had random Japanese words/sentences, bits of tv shows, songs from Glee, and far too often my thoughts are about how I would twitter-commentary my life. It's really a good thing I don't have twitter on my phone..

Good grief. I can't believe you ran 26 kilometres. I struggle with 4. I wish I was kidding. But I'm not. Do you know what I'd like to know? What do you eat before you run? Weird question I know, but you've clearly worked out what kind of fuel and how much of it you need!
