My creative space...

Creative Coke

I'm boring myself with all the talk of the old house so lets just say I'm being creative in a whole other kind of way & leave it at that. This other creativity is going to keep me away from you all this week but I'll look forward to catching up with you all after next Tuesday...that's D Day. The photos are being taken then (at 7:30pm...pretentiously called a "Dusk shoot") & after that it's out of my hands & into the hands of the real estate guys.

Visit my favourite space from last week right here.

The kitchen is also my creative space this week but there's no cooking going on. I'm soaking the gas burners in Coke & hoping for the best.

Thanks for playing along & thanks also for popping in to other players to say hello. I like Thursday...it's friendly.

Good luck. I don’t look forward to selling our home later this year; it just feels like such a mammoth task. It must feel good to be close to the end of the journey.

I imagine that the old house will look so superb by the time you finish that you may even be tempted to move back in! Good luck with the rest of the preparations. Have missed you on blogland and in real life, so it will be nice to catch up once all the busy-ness is over.

So this is the time to plan something great for Tuesday night (after 7:30pm) but before the panic of selling sets in. Time to plan something worthy of the "high" you'll get of the end of a huge task.... kind of like the end of of last exam at uni before you panic about finding a job!

Good luck for D-day.

far out brussel sprout! Look at all those creative spaces on the list! That is so amazing! When I'm at work your blog doesn't load very well cos we have an old sad browser. I usually only get to see a photo and a bit of this and that. Some how Mr Linky worked for me but barely. It was all a guessing game as I couldn't see much!

Good luck with D day Kirsty. I am sure it will go fantastically well. It is your D day afterall!

Good luck with all that, you sound a bit tired :)

Beautiful photograph, even if it's a dirty job!
I made your Banana bread the other day and it was super yummy!
I've been searching for this recipe ever since my weekend breakfasts in a small east end coffee shop in Newcastle, where they served it with ricotta cheese and honey.
I haven't tried anything like it until now. So big Thank you!

Meant to say before good luck! We have a hideous old electric nightmare stove and it's impossible to get the burnt on bits from around the hotplates off...but I will try your coke idea.
