Good morning!

I’ve got a couple of last minute jobs to finish off at the old place but then I’m planning on whipping Shannon’s latest creative offering up into a cushion for the sewing chair.

You might know that I love red. It has to be just the right red though & this base fabric is ticking that box. It’s just a perfect rich red. If you fancy one of these beauties yourself you’d better nick over & see Aunty Cookie.

I love the red, I love the zipper box, but the symbol is probably one I wouldn't have in my home…my hubbie and mum have both been whisked away in ambulances this year, and I have seen enough.

I love red too, but I tend to use it in little splashes rather than a base colour. Though I have a red shirt on today which I love! I also really like your zipper box – it looks like a fabulous place to keep pencils!

And it might be because my mother always bought red for me when I was a child but somehow I never wear red, and very seldom use the color although I love it as a color
