slow burn

It’s all about the slow burn projects at my place at the moment.  I’ve got the white quilt, a bit of stitchery, the car crochet & a bit of knitting.  There are also quite a few projects that have been put on the back burner waiting for more time.

I think perhaps a few too many things on the go – meaning I’m getting no where fast with any of them…sigh.

I am totally with you. I feel like my brain is warped with ideas but I have so many in process projects. I can't even think about writing ideas down for fear they may take form and create even more wip's. Here's hoping for magical amounts of free time to get some things acomplished.

That's probably one of the hardest things about being creative and having so many ideas flowing so many projects you want to do, yet there never seems to be enough time to do them all in the time frame you hoped to.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your week and you feel a greater sense of achievement soon.

I do that too! I'm always somewhat jealous of my mother who can stick to one project until it is done. Me, I have bits scattered all over the house. Hope you find time to make some progress though :-)

Love a 'few' projects on the go, there is always something to be done, I like to have a quickie in the car, then something a little more timely by my chair, then in the studio is usually a bigger project, not to mention a scarf always, always, always on needles and/or hook. (Scarves for charity, lots to be made.)

I sure know that feeling. It can be nice to have a slow project or two in the background, but when too many of them build up … I've been on a mad dash to finally get some things finished, concentrating on one at a time, but once I get there, it'll probably start all over again! :)
