My creative space…
It’s been a while since I’ve had the power tools out.
Truthfully, I didn’t need this monster but I couldn’t for the life of me find the drill bit for the little guy.
It’s just a distraction really, but quite a lot of fun.
Lovely space from last week here.

Oooh, do tell.
In our house I have just as many, if not more tools than my husband. Comes with being a jeweller. And he if definitely not allowed to touch them after using one of my special sttel punches to punch nails in on the deck and thus ruining it.

It makes you feel a little bit like a handyman rather then a crafter when you start pulling out all the power tools hey? My husband recently bought me a dremel
I'm still working it out though and I don't seem to have enough space on my desk for it.

Must say I have a little collection of power tools in my sewing room that come out from time to time. My husband was looking for his heat gun the other day and after he looked in his shed for 1/2 and hour he asked me…. oops I had it…. wasn't in the good book that day.

I must say I have never used a power tool in my life ~ I am amazed at how many of you clever crafters have. And I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be allowed!
And thanks Kirsty!

Power tools are something that scare me in the craft room. I get the MOTH to drill out any wrongly applied snaps – I'm not too confident on my drilling ability and can only think of how much time I'd wasted if I slipped! Give me a sander and some wood though, and it's pure joy!

Rather partial to a play with a jigsaw myself. As therapeutic as basket-weaving (I s'pose basket weaving must be therapeutic?) but with slightly more street cred.

i particularly like drilling into the ceiling when bits (apparently called swarf) fall into the eyes… necessitating the really uncool safety goggles…
Thanks for this week again
