My creative space…

October 28, 2010 56 Comments by Kirsty

I’m starting something else experimental. We’ll see if it translates from head to hand eh?

I am thrilled to be using vintage Sunbird cotton. It was made in Brazil especially for Woolcraft. I picked it up at the Op Shop for $2.

I only seem have the head space for the hook at the moment. It’s interesting the way things happen in phases isn’t it?

Do pop in & add your link if you’re playing along this week.

I like that there is a little comfort craft, like chicken soup if you are sick. Looks beautifully theroputic.

Good Luck with the experimental work, I have had quite a few failed attempts this week. It is also very satisfying when you do get your idea to translate and work well.

Always an interesting experiment going on around here. I just finished a major sewing kick and am now doing a big hooking kick. It does work that way, doesn't it?

Mobile? Christmas wreath? Lampshade? Part of the fun with checking in on you is the intrigue.

I'm still fizzing over the hyperbolic crochet, if anything its giving me a reason to finish off some WIPs to clear some head/hand/workspace, but I can see them becoming quite addictive.

I am wondering what interesting experiment is on your hook here, I know how hard it is sometimes to move things from head to reality but it doesn't mean it isn't possible

    good luck
