   My youngest began high school today and I'm ashamed to say I feel relieved as after a 7 week summer break we'd had enough of each other .

   I know what you mean! My girls went back last week and (as usual) I spent the first day rattling around the empty house feeling lost, but now it's wonderful again – here's to routines restored! Kx

   I'm with you there Kirst… I too need the routine… not sure if the creative me will return but there is some chance that order may return to the home…

   I'm with you all – holidays are great but we're all getting on each others nerves a bit. I think I'd go [even more] nuts if I home-schooled.

    I must be a bit weird – I love the holidays! I love not having to rush, and taking each day as it comes. That said I went back to work today, so once we get to Friday and the big girl is back I'm sure we'll all get back into the swing of things again. The little girl went back to childcare last week, so we've been taking it gradually. Enjoy your last few days!
