On getting stung…
(late again)
set the alarm clock
& got back to the early starts
had the wand waved over me
& prioritised the purse
more retail therapy on Ebay
& more pony packages in the post
held the magnifying glass close
& examined & tried to name the dreams
the phone gave up the ghost
& now doesn’t ring at all
learnt more in the studio
& made theatre night plans
cleared out of the house
& took the girls out for breakfast
noticed that things seemed to be unravelling
& purchased a smile for small change
frocked up for the first of the school mate birthdays
& nursed a rather large headache

disappointed myself by allowing Monday to influence the pic
& then put my fingers in my ears
& rewound “the sting”
